Late registration runs from Wednesday, February 01, 2012 to Tuesday, February 28, 2012

Late registration is on a space available basis only!!

In order to register online, you will need:

• the name of a primary household contact (parent or guardian)
• email address (primary means of communication from the club)
• telephone number (urgent contact)
• household street address
• your volunteer preferences (subject to approval and need)
• electronic payment (via paypal account, credit card, or electronic check)

For each registered player, you will need:

• their legal name
• their birthdate
• a copy of their birth certificate (if they are over 9 years old)

To pay by personal check or cash, you must submit the paper registration.

To apply for a need-based scholarship, you must submit the paper scholarship form.
